Congestive heart failure simply refers to vein congestion. It is a form of heart failure, the heart can not pump the blood coming back to it fast enough, causing congestion in the vein.

Heart failure means that myocardium can not perform its function efficiently.

Congestive heart failure is caused by several factors. Types of causes that cause heart disease are as follows.

1) Toxicity: Muscles may be poisoned by substances in the blood. The symptom of heart attack induced by toxic heart failure is diphtheria. Diphtheria is a throat infection. It is a severe infection caused by bacteria (Corynebacterium diphtheria), it attacks the membranes of the pharynx and releases toxins that hurt the heart and nervous system, congestive heart failure, angina pectoris.
The major symptoms of heart failure caused by this are fever, weakness, and severe inflammation of affected membranes.

2) Mechanical: When the work conditions of myocardium are disadvantageous, the heart may work excessively to compensate for the handicap. Heart failure may occur unexpectedly. Examples of such disorders are hypertension in which the heart has to exert blood pressure against elevated arterial pressure, heart valve dysfunction, transfusion excessive circulation, and congenital heart deformity.

3) Isophomia: This is interference with blood supply from coronary arteries (arteries supplying blood to the heart).
