Today, heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. According to the American Heart Association, more than 13 million Americans suffer complications due to the heart. If left untreated, heart disease can cause serious physical complications including heart attack, stroke, and even death. Due to cardiac complications, one person dies every 34 seconds in the United States.

Heart disease (heart disease) is a broad term encompassing several different dysfunctions of the heart. This is essentially a stenosis or occlusion of an artery that provides oxygenated blood to the heart. Anatomically, the heart is composed of powerful muscles, blood is continuously fed into the body, oxygen and glucose are given to all tissues through the artery, CO2 and toxins are picked up through the vein. The heart consists of four rooms. These chambers are supported by four valves that open and close, allowing blood flow in the body. The supply of oxygenated blood and nutrients is essential for our survival. However, heart disease prevents this necessary blood flow.

Different types of heart disease include coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy, cardiovascular disease, ischemic disease, heart failure, hypertensive disease, inflammatory disease and valvular disease. All of these diseases affect the correct functioning of the mind. They prevent the heart from pumping enough blood into our body.

The influence of heart disease on our bodies has spread to a wide range of diseases. Early signs include fatigue, shortness of breath, paint, chest pain, pain, swelling, heart palpitations of the heart, anxiety, panic attacks, hypertension, anemia, infections and thyroid disease.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and health is essential to avoid complications related to heart disease. This includes exercise on a regular schedule, healthy diet, keeping cholesterol levels low, avoiding drugs and alcohol, and reducing life stress. Unhealthy living reduces blood flow appropriate for your mind. If blood flow to the body is insufficient, there is a possibility of becoming fatal. You are living for your heart.
