You can know about diabetes at any time, whether you consider yourself an expert in type 2 diabetes or something familiar with the disease. It is essential to recall at least that disastrous impact and consequences when ignored. If you think that type 2 diabetes is fatal if not evaluated and it is a fashion of modern society, receiving it is not a waste.

The following is an interesting fact of type 2 diabetes ...

1. Prevalence and incidence are exponentially rising. To say that the prevalence of this form of diabetes has increased in the past few decades is not much to say. There are more people diagnosed than ever. Just 30 years ago, 30 million people (awarded or taken) were identified as having type 2 diabetes. In 2015, the number approached 400 million. If this statistic is not terrible, what is there?

It suffers from adults in middle age. The major difference between type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes is that the former develops early. In other words, they are different diseases characterized by the same dysfunction and require different approaches to their management.

Type 2 typically affects middle-aged adults. Because it is a result of the long-term influence that leads to an ordinary lifestyle more than anything else. Unfortunately, this type of diabetes is also suffered by young people.

3. Diabetes reduces life expectancy. Based on the previous point, there is little worry for the entire population rather than knowing that the younger generation suffers from a disease with a mean life span. An average diabetic patient can expect a shorter life from 10 to 15 years.

4. Type 2 diabetes was one of the earliest diseases to be identified. Today the prevalence rate in our world is high, but type 2 diabetes is not a recent advancement. It is a disease known for thousands of years. As early as ancient Egypt, the doctor was examining diabetes by determining the sugar content in the urine (based on the appeal of ant taste). They do not fully understand its etiology (it is not the case for Type 1), but it also shows that it affects the life of ancient adults.

5. You can see that insulin hormone was officially discovered for the first time in 1921. This average diabetes mellitus did not have the ability to fully understand and manage it, it was a disease that deprived of millions of thousands of lives.

Now we understand the insulin factor. We can administer injectable insulin to those who need it and can prescribe a self-treatment plan to those who are going to treat the disease in a natural way. As a result, type 2 diabetes is easier to manage than ever before. At least there is no longer no choice for managing the state.
