More than a year ago, I started eating no fragrance gelatin every day, hoping to relieve pain from the condition of the shoulder. I read that gelatin is a type of collagen and thinks it is beneficial for joints. When it turned out, the state I had (frozen shoulder) did not benefit from gelatin, but after eating every day for just a few weeks I noticed that my laugh line was not so noticeable .
I have been fighting this line for many years. They first appeared in the early thirties. After sleeping on one side of my face, a deep line appears along the folds of the nose pores. Moisturizing these lines and removing keratin is useful for a short period of time, but over the years they have become permanent.
One morning, after taking gelatin for a few weeks faithfully, I noticed that one side could hardly be detected. On the other side I sleep more often, that line was far less prominent. Did I do a different way? It was not a new moisturizer. It was not a change in my skincare routine. It was only gelatin that came into my mind.
At this point, I did not know the anti-aging effect of gelatin, but I read that gelatin is animal derived collagen and it helps muscle, joints and tendons. I thought that perhaps it would also help the skin.
So, I began to study the effects of gelatin and its skin. Dr. Frank Shallenberger's enlightened article quoted a study that observed researchers at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology on the effects of ingesting gelatin on the skin repeatedly exposed to ultraviolet light.
They used three separate groups of hairless mice. The first group was not exposed to ultraviolet light. The second group was exposed daily to light and the intensity increased with time. The third group received the same amount of ultraviolet light exposure as the second group. However, the third group was also given some of the gelatin to eat every day. They discovered that mice exposed to light without gelatin had an average collagen content reduction of 53% in mice compared to mice receiving no ultraviolet light at all. Surprisingly, mice exposed to light but given gelatin did not reduce collagen at all. They actually showed an average collagen increase of 17% on average.
Because gelatin is made of collagen. When gelatin is ingested it will flow into your bloodstream and from there will go to your connective tissue including your skin. When introduced into your organization, it stimulates collagen production and reduces lines and wrinkles. I will describe something like a way it grows and grows. When you plant grass seeds, it not only grows, it makes more grass. I think collagen will grow in a similar way. We will introduce it (plant seeds), which in turn will encourage further creation of collagen. But, experiencing it, I can guarantee you, it works.
unflavored gelatin is sold in the section of baked goods at your grocery store and it is in a box of 4 packs or 30 packs. 30 boxes are under $ 10. You can also purchase online at Amazon.
Please add plain yogurt or drink. It does not add flavor. To add it to yoghurt, just pour the contents of the packet into a cup of yoghurt and stir it. You might notice small granules, but in fact it does not affect the texture much. I like to add it to my coffee or green tea. When adding it to coffee, prepare gelatine by pouring the contents of the packet into an empty cup. Then just add a small amount of cold water and barely cover the gelatin powder is enough. Mix water and gelatin until all dry powder is wet. Then add hot coffee and stir. If you drink coffee while it is hot, you will not notice gelatin. If you cool it, but it will be Jero!
If you plan to use it with tea made with tea bags, tea bag absorbs a part of gelatin, so we recommend first to prepare gelatin in a small cup. So, mix gelatin first in a different cup, rush your tea, throw away the tea bag, then add the prepared gelatin to the brewed tea. Gelatin will melt in hot liquid, you will not notice. If you add dry gelatin to a hot liquid, it will not dissolve fairly equally.
Gelatin is also easily added to smoothies. Mix in the mixer with other ingredients.
Until now, because it is made from animal foods including beef, there was no adverse effect by eating gelatin except for the possibility of getting mad cow disease. There is a possibility, but a case without a license and reporting mad cow disease by gelatin was not found.
I have taken it for over a year with excellent results everyday. The deep lines on both sides of my mouth are gone. I was asked if it was full of outside. When a dermatologist fills these lines with injections, collagen and others are often added. When I drink collagen or drink it, I fill collagen from inside. Instead of collagen injection it costs hundreds of dollars.
I think that I am satisfied with the result when I try it myself.
I pray for you great health and beauty!
