Summer time for a bee and biting bug. If people are enjoying nature, you can do 6 animals (as well as 8 Leger). Backyard, Ball Field and Boulevard are all affected by stinging or stabbing insects (and arthropods).
For most people, injuries that infect people are just annoying. For others, there is a possibility of life threatening.
There are five dangers to consider when you stab or suffer from insect bites.
True allergy. The most direct danger of bees, bumps, or Hornet sting is true genuine allergy, anaphylactic reaction. Many people confuse large local reactions with allergies. In the event of swelling, redness, discomfort, and perhaps itching at the site of itching etc., this is a regional reaction. If there are symptoms other than stinging, this may be an allergy. Urticaria and scarring that occurs in a part of the body away from a stab wound is a symptom. Common senses of breathing difficulty, rapid heart rate, nausea, fatigue, or congestion are also serious symptoms. If these symptoms appear, get medical attention immediately. Please call 911 if necessary, especially if the trend is sudden or severe.
MRSA . Many patients have never seen a spider and identify a small, red, slightly raised, slightly painful area as a spider's bite. Things that look like spider bytes now are considered MRSA until it proves to be not so. MRSA, or methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, leave untreated to cause severe illness and cause bacterial infection that leads to death. If you think you were bitten by a spider, please consult your doctor. These lesions appear not to be caused by spider bite but to be thought to be simply spider bite.
3. Lyme disease. Especially if you bit a tick in the eastern part of the US 1/3, please keep in mind Lyme disease. This infection is caused by bacteria Borrelia burgdorferi possessed by deer ticks that can be injected into human skin during occlusion. Small bite may develop into a large lesion that looks like a bull's eye. The symptoms of the disease that occurs after the tick bites must be assessed by the doctor. Lyme disease requires antibiotics to eliminate infection. Leaving untreated can cause arthritis, cardiac irregularity, nerve damage, and sometimes memory impairment.
4. Local infection. All open wounds are likely to be infected by pathogenic fungi inhabiting the skin, especially stub or streptococcus. If you feel insect bites or worsening over time, consult your doctor. Symptoms of infection include lesion expansion, wound redness or increased heat, worsening of discomfort, and sometimes pus. Your doctor may wish to obtain cultures from the wound to identify the infection, or simply provide antibiotics.
West Nile virus . In the United States, mosquito bites usually only cause itching. However West Nile virus has been identified in each of the lower 48 states. Nonetheless, most people suffering from this viral infection show little (or no) symptoms. About 20% of infected people may develop various symptoms that may or may not be caused by West Nile fever, such as rash, headache, fever, nausea, diabetes, anorexia, muscle pain, swollen glands, Yes. Only 1% cause severe infections such as encephalitis and meningitis. Symptoms of neurological infections include fever, severe headache, disorientation, confusion, stroke-like symptoms, paralysis, stiff shoulder, seizures and the like. Especially, if these symptoms occur after being bitten by a mosquito please get a doctor's diagnosis.
Fortunately, in most cases insects and humans coexist peacefully in the same environment. Do not let you worry that you are worried about the above. Remember that animals that are much smaller than yourself can often do a great deal of damage by kimabo or killing themselves at the price of their own decay.
