
Heart disease is a leading health expert in the United States today. It is the leader of both men and women.
However, heart disease may actually mean one of several health problems. For example, there is coronary artery disease. This is what most people think when thinking about heart disease.
Other health problems such as abnormal cardiac rhythm, heart failure, heart valve disease, congenital heart disease and vascular disease are also in the category of heart diseases.
All of these may result in serious health problems if not treated.
One of the things that may be the earliest symptom of heart disease is the risk factor for those who are more likely to suffer from heart disease. These health risk factors include men, elderly, family history of heart disease, postmenopausal women, African American, American American, Mexican American race.
If a person has one or more of these risk factors, it may be an initial symptom of cardiac disease or cardiac health problems.
Other risk factors include smoking, high cholesterol, sedentary lifestyle, overweight, uncontrolled diabetes or stress.
One of the most common signs of heart health problems is angina. This is pain, discomfort, severe convulsions in the area of the chest, shoulder, arm or chin.
Another symptom of heart disease is frequent shortness of breath and experiences cardiac heart palpitation of the heart, faster heart rate, dizziness, nausea and sweating.
The type and severity of these symptoms may signify serious health problems.
Those experiencing any of these symptoms and who have other risk factors or other health problems should immediately see their doctor.
Heart disease is one health problem that should not be taken lightly as it is a health problem that could have serious implications.
All of these health problems may get worse without further treatment.
